山东省皮肤病性病防治研究所1995年被教育部批准为研究生培养单位，是山东省最早的皮肤性病学研究生培养单位之一，至今已招收研究生104人，毕业67人，在读37人，毕业的学生中多人获山东省优秀毕业研究生荣誉称号，多人论文获山东省优秀毕业论文。

目前本所与安徽医科大学、山东大学、山东中医药大学、青岛大学联合培养皮肤性病学专业博士研究生，至今已招收博士研究生14人，毕业1人，在读13人。培养的博士研究生多人发表高分值的SCI论文，其中博士生导师张福仁研究员的学生山东大学在读博士研究生刘红以第一作者撰写的关于麻风和克隆恩病共有易感基因的研究论文“Identification of IL18RAP/IL18R1 and IL12B as Leprosy Risk Genes Demonstrates Shared Pathogenesis between Inflammation and Infectious Diseases”于2012年10月在线发表于《The American Journal of Human Genetics》，影响因子达10.603分。

张福仁：男，1963年9月生，博士生导师。

1、受教育经历

1985年毕业于滨州医学院，获学士学位；

1991年毕业于中国协和医科大学皮肤性病学专业，获博士学位；

2001年-2002年在英国皇家伦敦医院 临床进修；

2004年-2005年在美国赖特州立大学 学习访问

2、工作经历

1999.03—今 山东省皮肤病性病防治研究所 所长 研究员

致力于麻风性病防治和大疱性皮肤病、银屑病、遗传性皮肤病的临床、科研和教学工作。近年来先后为首承担国家科技重大专项、“973”前期专项、国家自然科学基金、山东省科技攻关重点项目10余项，在研科研经费1000余万元，以第一或通讯作者在“New England J of Medicine”，“Nature Genetics”等学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，为首获山东省科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖2项，获新药证书1个。

兼任中国麻风防治协会副会长，《中国麻风皮肤病杂志》主编，中华医学会皮肤性病学分会常务委员，中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会常务委员，，山东省性病防治协会副会长，山东省医学会＆医师协会皮肤科分会主任委员，山东省皮肤性病学“临床医学中心”暨“重点实验室”主任。

是全国先进工作者，享受国务院特殊津贴，全国十佳中青年皮肤科医师＆山东省十佳医师，山东省“皮肤性病防治研究”泰山学者岗位特聘专家，山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家，山东省“医学领军人才” 。

自1995年被遴选为研究生导师以来，共培养博硕士研究生35名。
